Improv Jam’s are nothing new in the improv community - you show up, drop your name in the bucket, and get randomly selected to improvise a scene together with someone else from the bucket. No prior experience or training necessary! But in OUR version…IT’S ON A ROOFTOP WITH GORGEOUS VIEWS OF MANHATTAN! Plus we’re featuring three veteran indie (or independant) improv teams to kick off the jam! So no matter whom you’re getting paired up with, trust that you’re in good hands, and being well taken care of!
Think of it like that party you went to when you were in High School. No frills, no lights, and no adults (ok, in all actuality, it’s nothing but adults, but you get the spirit of what I’m saying). We’re just trying to bring back that same sense of community and inclusion in a “parent’s basement” kind of way.
