Because you have all served this country and our communities with services and graces that more often than not cannot be repaid, and as long as you study with Pineapple Improv, you will never pay for an improv class. Ever! So please consider this our thank you for your services. 

Why?

* Limit four (4) full-price discounts per class or workshop. If, when trying to redeem the code, the code will not apply, then that class or workshop has already reached its limit. As much as we would love to offer 100% discounts to everyone, the reality is that we still have to pay our bills. But should the code limit be reached, and you still wish to register for the same class, then we encourage you to use code: IMPROV20 to receive a 20% discount on all classes & workshops until the class has reached its max number of registrants. Thank you so much for your understanding!

* ID or Documentation Required. In improv, we use the honor system to ensure fair play for all. However, we live in a world where the honor system is sometimes taken advantage of. So to help ensure fair play to all, we require all MPFE100 registrants to provide documentation upon first arrival to class of your past or present status of service. Failure to do so may result in your being asked to leave, or remittance of payment. Please and thank you.

* Commit To The Entire Class. It is common for those who have no-to-low “financial skin” in the game to attend one or two classes, never to be seen or heard from again. Please DO NOT sign up for a class using the MPFE100 code unless you fully intend to attend all class sessions. It is disrespectful to your instructors & classmates, and disrupts the flow of trust & community we are here to build. Please & thank you!

* Requests For Reimbursement Will Not Be Granted. So what happens when you sign up for a class and pay full price (or even take advantage of one of our discounts), but then later on learn that you might qualify for the MPFE100 discount opportunity? Well…once the class has started, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted. But should you wish to take advantage of the MPFE100 discount after you have already paid for the class but before class has started, then you must reach out via email with more than 24 hours in advance of the first class in the series to request your refund exchange. (Yes. We understand that was a mouthful). Again, your understanding is greatly appreciated!
